Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS. Items will be shipped using Tracking numbers. If you would like to request a “signature required” for your shipment please email info@lousarg.com before or directly after you make your purchase. Items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of your order being placed. Once shipped you will receive an email with proof of delivery and tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders throughout the United States should arrive within three business after shipping, please allow five business days to ship items that are in stock. Please allow up to fourteen business days for custom orders and made-to-order items. It is possible that orders being shipp

Customs and Import Duties

Orders are shipped from California, USA, and, depending on the recipients country of residence, may be subject to Customs checks and import duties. We are unable to accept any responsibility for delays or additional costs associated with customs checks and import duties. Import duties and costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your relevant authorities regarding rules and costs of importing good.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted if the item/s purchased do not match their description. Returned items must be unused / unworn and refunds will only be issued once the item/s have been received and checked. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs.

Items should be returned to the address detailed on the packaging.

Lost or Missing Orders

All orders are shipped via USPS, tracking number and proof of postage will be provided. Once shipped we are unable to assume any responsibility for delayed, missing or lost orders, though we will do everything reasonably possible to follow up orders reported to us and to support inquiries with the relevant postal and customs services.

 

All Sales Are FINAL. Please read through product descriptions and email info@lousarg.com with any questions you may have regarding a product you would like to purchase. We do not accept returns if you have changed your mind on a product.

Due to the amount of time and work that goes into each handcrafted piece, we cannot accept returns at this time.

If you believe you have received a product of subpar quality, please email info@lousarg.com with concerns to work on a solution together. If the item is approved for return/exchange a 15% restocking fee will be added as all products are handmade originals.

All products are handcrafted out of Urban Wood, therefore imperfections are to be expected, appreciated and celebrated.

Lou Sarg Woodwork pride’s itself on creating ultra unique, never before seen works art. Meaning the item you receive can vary slightly from the product image on the shop page. No two fingerprints are the same and no two pieces of wood grain are the same, this ensures that each customer will receive a beautifully crafted design.

Please read the description of the item you are purchasing to determine if the item that will ship is the item photographed or if it is a made-to-order item, which will result in a slight variance, in the best way possible.
